Scenes from Spain: Metro Poster

Spain check, scenes of spain

This is a post in the Scenes from Spain series. This one involves a poster we noticed hanging in the metro system.

An interesting poster it was. From the tiny bits of Spanish we knew it seemed to encourage people to use the metro system to go to the football games. This seems a good goal, to encourage the use of public transport.

However with dirty minds we saw the animated characters differently. We see the burrito man on the right choking his chicken, which has a visible penis. Do zoom in on the picture.

We first saw the poster while riding the metro and I didn’t get a picture because I didn’t want to seem a terrorist casing the joint as it were. We found this one while changing trains. This one had a bonus, a shrimp guy that wasn’t on the other one.

Tip: Valencia Metro stations have free wi-fi.
