I had no idea that ham was that much of an obsession in Spain, I especially love the ham bags and the Ham Museum.

Yes, ham is everywhere in Spain. It is mostly in the cured form and sliced. Yes, the ham bags were so cool to see. The Ham Museum is actually a restaurant. They are all over Madrid.

Jamon is good stuff! For anyone who thinks of ham like we have here in the States, it is completely different in Spain. Very salty, thinly sliced, and chewy but delicious!

I’m glad you like it. I liken the stuff to “ham flavored gum”. Not my thing at all. Cook it please.

Yeah. I had been calling that “Waving Man” Beer. I know he is holding up a beer stein, but there was an enormous version on top of a building in Valencia that looks like he is waving. It was pretty good beer and the store across the road sold it for 50 cents a can.
